Our tour is not a journey but a real experience. We are committed to protecting artisan products and to supporting agricultural biodiversity. We will accompany you in our factories located in Traversetolo and Busseto near Parma to show you the secrets of handmade cured ham and culatello di Zibello. The tour proceeding to the Black Pig's Wood that is located near our farm in Rivalta, between Traversetolo and Langhirano, in the centre of a natural protected environment. Our black pigs belong to an ancient local breed, they are left free to roam the fields and wood in sun, rain and wind and to feed on everything that find there. Finally at the Prosciutto Bar our guests can find and taste our whole and sliced artisan cold cuts: 36-month black pig prosciutto, 24-month prosciutto di Parma PDO, culatello di Zibello PDO, fresh pasta, meat on the grill, all served with local wines. Our guides speak english, francais, espanol.
