Focus Martial Arts is a family self defence and martial arts club. We teach a range of martial arts including - taekwondo, extreme martial arts, weapons, boxing, personal training, BJJ, MMA.
Martial arts classes are from ages 3+. With classes separated into rank and age. We have a family fun environment that teaches life skills of focus, self control and self discipline within the important training of self defence.
All Instructors are Australian Champions and love helping others improve their skills and their confidence.
