Tara Yoga Centre is a traditional UK yoga school. We understand yoga as an accurate science of personal and spiritual development rather than simply a mode of exercise for keeping fit. We offer esoteric teachings in the complete yoga system. We teach physical, mental and spiritual techniques, but also the fundamental theoretical principles behind the yoga system. We have beginners yoga and tantra classes in London (Holborn, Finchley, Hammersmith, Angel), Oxford, Leeds and Dublin.
