The Theological Underground - Opening

The Theological Underground provides reflection both satiric and serious related to issues arising in the Church and with which the Church is involved in society. Its mission is carried out through the use of a number of media (print, website, pod-cast, and film animation). Through the use of a variety of media it is anticipated that our message will reach a greater number of people. In the end it is the goal of the Theological Underground to bring much needed reflection and reform to the Church, especially in North America (although not exclusively), which is deeply and regrettably overcome by its own illiberalism, myopia, and absurdity.
