Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to guiding patients and caregivers through life’s last journey. We offer compassionate support, helpful education, and comfort to residents of Talbot County facing life-limiting illnesses, end-of-life issues and grief.
Talbot Hospice Foundation works with its medical partner, Shore Home Care Hospice, in offering individualized, holistic physical, emotional, and spiritual care, as well as practical help, that are together, the essence of the hospice philosophy.
Hospice recognizes dying as a part of the normal process of living and focuses on maintaining the quality of remaining life. Every situation presents its own challenges and as a team of dedicated professionals, we care for each family as if it were our own.
