Lost in the Sauce (LITS), is a Toronto-based hot sauce brand that started in 2018 with the vision of making hot sauces that focus on flavour vs just heat; complement rather than overtake your food. We want you to be able to take a bland dish (or even an already good one) and get the most out of each bite. All of our sauces are all-natural (no chemicals, artificial coloring or flavours), vegan, gluten-free, keto-friendly, and low-sodium, and low to zero calories (get shredded, we’ve got you covered), offering a healthy alternative to many condiments that would normally contain artificial ingredients, sugar, chemicals and preservatives. Whether you’re a certified chile head or someone who just wants to tell your friends you’re not as boring as they may think (don’t worry we won’t tell), we have a sauce on our line-up for you.
