Working in a traditional brick and mortar store for over 10 years I knew what I wanted to change. I would take the jewelry buying experience and turned it on its head. No longer would the customer waste their time traveling to the store and fighting through the sales staff. They would talk directly with the designer from the first hello. The designer would come to you. Providing a more personal and private experience.

The "concierge" concept
The word evolved from the French title "comte des cierges," the count of candles. This servant tended to the king and visiting nobles in medieval times. As a servant he was in constant contact with royalty. He had to be a person of great honor and foresight. Lighting the candles for the king and royal guest.
