At Soul Pilates, it’s all about you. So if you have a specific medical or rehabilitation issue you want support with or if you just want to use Pilates to help you feel, look and move better then talk to us. We offer evening mat classes or for a more tailored approach, book into a one to one session on the studio equipment.
One to one sessions start off with postural analysis plus a consultation to understand what you want to get out of your sessions. You may want to run faster, look leaner or feel stronger. Or you may have an injury you want support recovering from. We work closely with, and take referrals from, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists ensuring you receive an all-round rehabilitation package. We also work closely with many local sports clubs, creating sessions which are tailor made for climbers, cyclists, footballers, runners and gymnasts.
