Montessori American School is a private preschool and kindergarten based in Chula Vista, California that serves children ages 2-6 in the San Diego area. Younger children are placed in classrooms with older children in order to learn from them. This is the Montessori method that was devised over 100 years ago by Dr. Maria Montessori. Potty training is available for 2 year olds and extended day care hours are from 7:30am to 5pm. Lastly, Montessori American school offers four enrichment classes that are designed to help children improve their skills and excel at Spanish as a second language, Art, Music, and children's Yoga.
