Sharat’s priority of living and practicing in a natural environment led him to choose Goa, best known for the safest
beaches in India and Dharamsala situated in the himalayas. The centre offers various yoga and meditation courses to
suit the students requirement and time frame. There are basic yoga classes, yoga classes for a week, intensive yoga
course, yoga teacher's training courses, therapy courses and yoga for women.
