Dr. Shameela Karmali - Rawji

Dr. Shameela Karmali - Rawji has a total of over fifteen years in full-time family practice and over twenty years in health policy, program and service development and management, and evaluation both in North America and in the developing world. Dr. Karmali's strengths lie in policy development, strategic, innovative thinking and planning, fostering relationships and partnerships, writing proposals, accessing funds, and monitoring and evaluation. In the numerous leadership roles she has filled, she has worked with all levels of government and private sector organizations, from negotiating, lobbying and representing business concerns at high levels, to dialoguing, marketing and promotion at the community level.
