I recommend using My Portland Emergency Locksmith.
I work at the soda factory and lost my keys somewhere in the factory. One of the guys recommended that I call My Portland Emergency Locksmith. They came right to the employee parking lot and opened my car for me. It turns out I'd really locked the keys inside the car. They didn't cause any damage and they didn't over charge me. I work hard for my money and appreciate that they are an honest crew.
