The Wellbeing Treehouse

The Wellbeing Treehouse offers a range of psychological services to families, schools, local authorities and other organisations, locally in the midlands, and nationally. My aim is to enable families, schools and organisations to develop positive emotional health and wellbeing and grow resilient minds. I am influenced by the work of Dr Dan Siegel and interpersonal neurobiology so strengthening relationships and developing self-regulation are central to my approach. I achieve this through a range of services that are strengths-based, solution-focused, collaborative and person-centred.
