My name is Sean Fredson and I am a life coach that believes you can achieve what you want to achieve regardless of your age, history or education level

On the 6th of February 2004, my four wheel drive crashed head on into a cement truck.

Doctors told me I would never overcome my severe injuries. I heard a line from the movie Rocky 5 that inspired me. The line was: ""when life says stop, you say go!"" I then made a decision to overcome my injuries and dedicate my life to helping people. With patience, determination and perseverance I fully recovered from the accident by the end of 2005.

Using the techniques I learnt from Results coaching systems (the largest accredited coach training organisation in Australia), I will assist you to focus on success and solutions.
