Platipus Anchors provides a range of anchoring, drainage and irrigation solutions and systems. This website is designed for all customers who currently have active projects in Italy.

Platipus Systems have been used in a variety of applications, such as in construction work in the UK and buoyancy control in Calais. Platipus’ anchors have been used in these projects because of their cost effectiveness and low environmental impact.
As well as earth anchors, Platipus offers a irrigation system. This system provides water directly to the rootball of a plantation.

Another system that Platipus offers is the Plati-Drain solution for water saturation. This system comes in two varieties. For a system that provides an immediate channel that water can drain through by the use of a sacrificial anchor head, Platipus offers a passive solution. When simultaneous anchoring and drainage capacity is desired, Platipus have engineered an active system that has an additional wire tendon attached.
