BITSStorage gives businesses the ability to affordably save some or all of their important documents and customer records to cloud based storage while improving security, accessibility, optimizing efficiency and protecting against natural disasters like fire, tornadoes and floods.
Safe from prying eyes, your files are encrypted with AES 256 encryption and additionally obfuscated by BITSStorage before they leave your computer, they remain encrypted in transport and in storage and not unencrypted until you or another user you authorize views the file.
Files can be manually linked or indexed to up to 10 key words, some user definable. Typical indexes might include create date, customer name, account number, invoice number, file type etc. Files can be manually stored and indexed, automatically stored from fax machines and scanner output, or exported directly to BITSStorage from existing data sources using our predefined naming schema.
