TJC- Workplace Health and Wellness Consulting

TJC provides courses and training on workplace drug and alcohol testing. The company works closely with directors and managers to create a workplace wellbeing policy that works for their company culture and health & safety requirements.

TJC's primary focus is on workplace wellness and preventative healthcare. The team at TJC has a continued passion for educating and empowering others on the importance of workplace health, wellness, and safety. Over 500 people in a variety of industries and organisations have completed drug testing training courses through TJC.

TJC offers consultancy services for developing drug and alcohol policies, education and awareness seminars, and NZQA training and assessment for certified collectors in workplace drug testing.

Education is key to a successful drug and alcohol policy. Bespoke training for employee awareness and manager awareness programmes can be presented in-house by Tania or one of her colleagues.
